Speed light mount comparability

    What's up guys! So I'm new to speedlighting. I'm just wondering, if it's comparable with Sony cameras will it work with any Sony DSLR? Guy I'm asking for is using an a330.
    He's wanting a wireless setup the way for shooting macro mainly I believe
