It's been pretty cool here and today it finally started to warm up.
Have not pressed the shutter in a while!
Work and yet ANOTHER kidney stone kept me at bay...

Any case? Glad to get out.

Thanks Ryan. I forgot to bring a BG, was in a happy hurry after work.
#1 was deep in a budding plant. Around 2.75-3 x magnification. That spider had two meals ready to go!
Attempted another 5x on an inch worm?'s? Head. Pretty tough to get focus!
Good or bad I was happy to get out.

I can imagine, you captured some pretty interesting details in it's eyes, kinda wondering what it turns into.

Oh that is some kind of piller! The inch worm was like 1/10th of that size.
Two part diffulty- finding it while zooming in and then steady. If it wasn't curled I would not have seen it. It then straightened out and extended out like a teeny twig on it's tiny twig it was on. Like camo- i thought it was gone, it looked like a twig. I will post a horrible shot of it in a moment.

Interesting composition in the first two especially. The spider with prey (the first) is great image but a bit underexposed.

Thanks! Yup, the first one- tiny little things were deep in a budding plant- pretty much I was trying to get a lens in an ant hole! Atleast it felt that way and trying not to spook it away.
Seriously tho- the whole lens face was pressed into the plant- no room for the flash.
