truely unique question ....what camera ?!

    instead of right clicking I pressed the save to button on lightroom and you can adjust the size as you save it

    Ok .. size should be 1000px on longest side and file size 250kb.
    I would also suggest you use zone Af area and use the 9 centre points, if you just use the centre one and you are off by just a touch it will focus on what it's pointing at, so may be a tree instead of your son.

    @mattie91, I'll try to help not a lightroom cc user but, in the file menu go to export, in the box that opens scroll down to image resize, click the resize button and in the two boxes change the sizes to 1024 and 863 pixels. Resolution to say 70, and save to your desktop then upload to the forum and click the full image button. Hope this helps.

    Think you mean 1024 and 682 Garth .... although if you just enter the longest side the depth is entered automatically.

    You are right Paul got the figures round the wrong way, I normally do all mine in Photoshop but this had me wondering how you resize in L/room. On there I would have exported to Ps to finish up.
