Loving this Paul. The background is a lively contrast and much less distracting than a green hillside. Excellent shot!

Nice one. Is this from today? If so, how are the roads? I might go to Wales tomorrow and can’t decide between The ‘Loop or Ogwen Valley. That climb up Cad West must be fun in weather like we’ve had...

Fantastic. Nothing more to say from me.

Makes me wish I didn’t live miles away up north. Then again because I’m still learning by the time I’m ready to take a picture he’s probably been gone and back on the ground and I’ll be left with a picture of sky with terrible effect haha

Depends how far north you are, as these jets also fly low level through the Lakes.

Higher and on the opposite side. South Shields here. I’m lucky if I get the amsterdam ferry haha. Closest I get to this is the air show once a year but as said typhoon comes and goes by time I get camera sorted or it looks pathetic. Haven’t really got the equipment needed either for this. With a 55-200 it’ll have to be a very low fly by haha

I was surprised how ‘busy’ it was in the few days we were there last week. 4xUSAF, 2 Typhoons, 5 Hawks and a couple of props that looked, from distance, like Tucannos.
