In Adobe's latest upgrade to Photoshop ACR and Lightroom (2018) a powerful set of options were added to the Adjustment Brush controls. Trying to limit the area the Adjustment Brush affects can be tedious and may required brushing an area then removing it from unwanted areas using different brush settings. This can be a significant hassle when dealing with the sky such as reducing haze.

You can now add masking based on color or luminance to the brush controls. This permits far greater control over the various adjustments.

I think the graduated tool was due for these options too, a useful addition I think.

The color and luminance masks are also available on the graduated and radial filters.
    Great tools indeed!
