There were lots of fish, Ryan. Mostly the kind who eat Squirrels and Ducks for breakfast.

There were lots of fish, Ryan. Mostly the kind who eat Squirrels and Ducks for breakfast.
That's a Pike and a half!!, if they were about in the water that squirrel was even luckier than I thought. :) Thinking about it what were those ducks doing with the bait boxes?

That's a Pike and a half!!,
Thanks, but this was one of the smaller ones I kept, at 24 inches. Anything under 18 inches got thrown back to fight again another day. ;)

Thanks. Yes, we eat Pike but it has to be filleted very carefully to avoid the Y-bones. Beginners end up never getting a good taste because they're too busy picking out bones to enjoy the meat.
