I remember this. I entered.

My thoughts...

It is well known I have no time for woodland photography but at least one is a nice example of the genre - I just know Neil has so many other images that appeal to me greatly. His long exposure work is probably the finest in the world but this shot I am not sold on.

The 2nd is a breath taking B&W and beautifully composed and processed.

The 3rd shot I really don't get - it's a leaf on the ground - hardly a landscape - just a very small part of one. Seems more of a close up shot.

4 is very interesting but a little to closey up for me

5. I've seen better from here - it's too contrasty and too dark in area's that should be quite clear.
